No Sunshine for Florida's Brightest

Bill Murchison rightfully chastises the Florida Supreme Court for voting in favor of a powerful Teachers' Union over the futures of disadvantaged yet hard-working students fighting for a chance at a better life. According to the State, "uniformity" supercedes all else, even when mediocre at best and damaging at worst.

What kind of message is the Sunshine State sending to its brightest young citizens, who, by accident of birth, will now be forced to regress back to non-performing schools in the name of "equality?"
