Russian jumping/climbing/etc

This guy is quite the athlete (link in title) and entertainer.

After the first sequence on the playground, he does his thing on what appears to be an abandoned Soviet era apartment building. It reminded me of one of my favorite PJ O'Rourke quotes: "Commies love concrete".
