Phils go for the cream of the crop

Ryan Franklin? Ryan Franklin?! As Bruce stated a while back, it appears that guys who use steroids and succeed are vilified (Rafael Palmeiro) while those who use them and stink (RF) don't get booed in opposing ballparks. I have a feeling that RF will be cheered in opposing parks, as he gives up runs at his customary rate of 5 per 9 innings, keeping the fans in those parks happy. Way to go, Phils!
