Any Suggestions?

Ok, guys, as an entrepreneurial Conservative kind of gal, I am seeking to maximize the returns from my website. I've gotten a few leads, but I know I can do better. Obviously, the majority of my Consultants join me in this venture as a result of conversation (either on the phone or in person) and/or sampling a product; but since I do hand out my share of biz cards during the course of the day, my site is oftentimes a prospect's first impression. Since my strength is writing and not editing, I fear it may be a bit too wordy.

So, if you have a spare moment and can offer some constructive criticism, I'd greatly appreciate it!
